Your SERVICE.
+ Private Butler (8 hours/day): Your Female English-Speaking Butler will work exclusively for your group in your own villa providing daily support with housekeeping, meal preparation, reservations and concierge services, and personal laundry arrangements. Your Butler can help out with your kids during the day(should you want to have a quick lunch or massage child-free). They can stay on for extra hours at a small hourly fee should you want extended babysitting).
+ Night Security Team: On duty from 5pm to 7am, 7 days a week.
+ Daily Pool & Garden Staff
+ 24/7 Guest Support: Your dedicated Guest Relations Manager is always available.
+ Private Driver Airport Pick Up: One Complimentary car for stays of 5+ nights. For stays under 5 nights, transfers are available for 250k IDR (approx. $25 AUD) per trip.

** Standard Butler working hours are 8 am-4 pm or by negotiation. Overtime hours will incur a nominal hourly fee.

*** Additional guests MAY be able to stay in some circumstances for an additional fee of $50 AUD per person per night regardless of adult or child. This covers the hire of the additional bed, linen, airport transfers, plus all other incidentals associated with having an extra person in the villa as provided in our standard inclusions. Children two years and under who will sleep in a cot will be charged $10 AUD per night of stay.
